1. Eligibility

Super Launch is intended for bootstrapped founders, indie hackers, solo builders, and early-stage product creators who are at least 18 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration & Security

• • You must create an account via Clerk to submit products or upvote. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Product Submissions

• • You may submit one or more products, provided each submission is your own work or you have the right to represent it.
• • You must schedule launches for a future date. Launches occur automatically at 12:01 AM Pacific Time on the scheduled day.
• • You may edit or reschedule up until 11:59 PM PT the day before launch. After that, submissions are locked.
• • You retain ownership of your product content but grant Super Launch a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it on the Service.

4. Upvotes & Community Guidelines

• • Each registered user may upvote a product once.
• • Vote manipulation (e.g., fake accounts, vote-buying) is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and vote removal.
• • Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, or spam will not be tolerated.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Super Launch, excluding user submissions, is the intellectual property of Super Launch or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Launch and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super Launch and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the community. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app message. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
